Christopher Sims has always had a passion for art and creative design. He has now turned those passions into his own interior decorating business in association with the nationally renowned decorating franchise Decor&You®. A graduate of Bellarmine University, Christopher worked in retail management for 10 years at two well-known industry leading companies. It was there that he learned the immense value of exceptional customer service and leadership skills in business management. He then took his career in a new creative direction by opening a small bakery and cafe in the town in which he grew up. Under his guidance, the restaurant earned several local achievement awards and established Christopher as a successful entrepreneur and a business leader in his community.
For all his success, however, Christopher’s first passion has always been design. When the opportunity to join the Decor&You® team presented itself, he knew it was time to seize the moment and put his expertise and experience to work in a dream career. In addition to his years of education and business experience, Christopher has also completed the intensive Decor&You® training program including the study of advanced design concepts with internationally acclaimed interior designer and author Mary Gilliatt. “As a Decor Designer,” explains Christopher, “my primary goal is to help my clients discover their own personal style and combine it with their functional needs and budget requirements. With the virtually limitless amount of vendors and products available through the Decor&You® network, my clients are assured of an end result that will make them truly love the space they’re in!”
