Biography

Carla Taylor was born to be an interior decorator. That much seemed clear, even before she gutted and rehabbed Barbie’s Dream House to add custom fabrics and colors for Ken. Carla is one of those unique individuals who can enter a room and – where some see furniture and walls – she sees spatial possibilities and tonal opportunities. She understands how to shape the form and functionality of a room to satisfy the character and personality of its users. That is who she is and what she does as a Décor & You DécorDesigner. Carla says “What my clients most admire is my ability to make design statements that project their own personality and style, not mine.” She will share her special gifts with you by providing a personalized DecorPlan with one-stop interior decorating services for your home or office.
