Nadine Premo of Princeton has fulfilled her life-long dream of owning her own interior decorating business by becoming the first Decor&You franchisee in Massachusetts. For most of her career, Nadine led corporate training and development departments for several financial institutions, but her passion has always been decorating. Having decorated three homes in Massachusetts and the two she currently owns in Maine, she gained a significant amount of experience working with many different styles, and has employed that experience in assisting friends and family with their own decorating dilemmas. When Nadine ultimately left the corporate world to start her own business, working in association with Decor&You was the natural choice. “My research suggested”, Nadine explains, “that while many people would like to work with decorators, they are often intimidated by the prospect -- afraid of what sort of style or look will be imposed upon them. Our approach, however, is to work closely with our clients to determine and clarify their tastes, and then develop a unique DecorPlan that reflects their sense of style, comfort and individual needs.” Nadine has always enjoyed meeting and working with people and is at her best when she is helping people. She and her husband Gary have often devoted their spare time volunteering for several organizations, including Special Olympics, the Department of Social Services, and the CASA Project. Their daughter Brandis is a student at the Culinary Institute of America, and their son Jonathan is a freshman at St. Peter Marian High School.
